Ingredients:
Egg-2
salt-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
milk-1/4 cup
green chilly-1
capsicum-1/2
coriander leaves-3 tbsp
bread-4 slices
coconut oil-1 tsp
Procedure:
-In a mixing bowl break egg,add salt,pepper,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,milk,chopped green chilly,grated capsicum and chopped coriander
leaves.
-Mix everything well and keep aside.
-Cut the sides of the bread and further cut diagonally.
-In a kadai add coconut oil ,allow it to heat.
-Meanwhile dip the bread slices in the egg mix and add to the kadai.
-Cook in the medium flame till golden brown.
-Flip over and cook,when both sides are cooked transfer to a plate.
