🥣 INGREDIENTS
🔹 Millet Dosa Batter ke liye:
Foxtail Millet – 200 gram
Urad Dal – 100 gram
Methi Dana – ¼ tsp
Soaked Poha – ¼ cup
Besan – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp (as per taste)
Water – as required
🔹 Aloo Masala Filling ke liye:
Boiled Potatoes – 250 gram
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – ½ tsp
Urad Dal – ½ tsp
Chana Dal – ½ tsp
Curry Leaves – 10–12
Whole Red Chillies – 2
Green Chillies – 2
Ginger (grated) – ½ tbsp
Onion (sliced) – 1½
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Salt – ½ tsp
Water – 160 ml
🔹Coconut Chutney
Fresh coconut/dessicated coconut 2 cup
Coconut Milk 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Roasted peanut 3 tbsp
Roasted chana dal 3 tbsp
Ginger 1 inch
Green chilli 2
Fresh curry leaves 10-12
Coriander leaves with stems 1/4 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
