Healthy Crackers — Kid & Adult Friendly
Trying to eat healthy isn’t always easy, so I keep homemade snacks ready to stay on track. These crunchy seed crackers come together in just 15 minutes and are perfect for guilt-free munching!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup almonds
• ½ cup makhana
• ¼ cup flax seeds

Grind till well combined (don’t over-grind or the almonds will turn into butter).

Add:
• ½ tsp ajwain (or jeera powder / skip if you like)
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – to taste
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
• 2 tbsp hot water

Method:
1. Mix everything to form a rough dough.
2. Place on parchment paper and roll into a thin sheet.
3. Cut into small squares.
4. Bake at 180°C for 7–8 minutes.
5. Cool completely and enjoy as is or with rajma hummus.
