I’m so happy to be back in the kitchen and finally sharing another What I Eat in a Day! It’s honestly been over 10 weeks since I cooked a proper meal at home, and being back here feels SO good.
As I shared in my last vlog, I went through a miscarriage, and that first trimester was truly brutal. The nausea, the food aversions ….I could barely enjoy anything, and some days it was hard to get enough food in at all. Right now, my focus is on rebuilding my body. On recovering. On supporting my hormones and bringing everything back into balance with nourishing, high-protein meals that truly make me feel strong again.
