This video is about our first-ever attempt at making macaroni 🍝✨. To be honest, we had been avoiding macaroni for a long time because it is usually considered a high-carb meal. But this time, we decided to give it a healthy and delicious high-protein twist! We prepared a rich homemade sauce by sautéing garlic, onions, tomatoes, and cashews, letting them cool, and blending them together with fresh homemade paneer. The result was a creamy, flavorful, and protein-packed base that transformed a simple macaroni recipe into a much more balanced meal.
The boiled macaroni is then combined with this homemade paneer sauce, seasoned with oregano, green chillies, and salt, and cooked until everything comes together beautifully. This makes for a great kids’ lunch box recipe, tiffin box idea, breakfast option, or quick evening meal. The added paneer boosts the protein content, making it more filling and nutritious than regular macaroni. In this video, we also prepared the entire recipe using the Indus Valley Kadhai, Indus Valley Milk Pan, and Indus Valley Strainer Pot, making the cooking process smooth and convenient.
