Here’s a somewhat «typical» day ! what i really eat (aka without paying attention to presentation/short on time!) & home workout and a bit of my morning routine (could go more in depth into night/morning routines & skincare in future videos if you like!)

3 tbsp turmeric
3 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp ginger powder
2 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp fenugreek
2 tsp fennel seeds (blended)
1/2 tsp cloves (blended)
cardamom pods (about 10, the tiny seeds)
1 tsp pepper
1/16 tsp chili
mix all & blend more !
