I wanted to pack in a good high protein breakfast and simple additions like the high protein bagels and bulking out my eggs with egg whites help so much with this. I toasted the bagel and topped it with garlic and herb cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and the good guts super seed mix. served with folded eggs and some rocket.

For lunch I was time poor and didn’t have any prep It doesn’t have to be complicated for it to be healthy! I made a quick high protein tahini yoghurt dressing and topped the tabouleh with extra tomatoes, chicken, pomegranate seeds, avocado and lemon.

Finally, I made one of my favourite dinners I have done in a while. chicken basil feta meatballs with spicy spaghetti pomodoro. The addition of courgette and breadcrumbs keeps the balls super juicy and soft.
