Arisi upma recipe
Raw rice : 200g
toor daal : 50g
sprinkle two drops of water in both the ingredients and dry it for 5 min and grind it coarsely like rava
and then wash the daal and rice.
keep it aside
add oil in pan
cumin seeds
mustard seeds
green chilli : based on spiceness
curry leaves
ginger : 1 inch smashed
add your choice of vegetables
I have added carrot, beans, peas, mushroom, paneer
salt to taste
saute everything
pour 2 glass of water
and add crushed pepper
add the add the rice and dal
keep it in 2-3 whistle and the serve it hot with sambar and chutney
