Potatoes (3 servings) ⬇️
1.5 lb Yukon gold potatoes
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp salt
➡️ bake at 425 degrees for 32 minutes, shake halfway, broil for 1-2 minutes
➡️ OR air fry 400 degrees, 25 minutes

Steak (3 servings) ⬇️
1 pound grass fed ribeye steak, cubed (you can also use sirloin or flank)
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
(optional) 1 tsp garlic powder
➡️ add another 1/2 tsp olive oil on high heat cat iron skillet
➡️ cook for 1-2 minutes on high heat
➡️ flip
➡️ add 1 tbsp butter (or butter alternatives for fewer calories)
➡️ add 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
➡️ cook for 1-2 more minutes
➡️ let the steak bites rest for a few minutes
