Ingredients:
-4 Low Carb Tortillas (Medium Sized)
-1 lbs Ground Chicken (453g)
-1 Egg
-1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (40g)
-1/4 Cup Tomato Sauce (80g)
-1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (113g)
-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
-2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Tsp Pepper
Instructions:
1.) Season and mix ground chicken.
2.) Spread on tortillas; brush with egg wash and add breadcrumbs.
3.) Pan-cook chicken-side down 3–4 min, flip, add cheese, cook until crispy.
4.) Top with tomato sauce and more cheese; bake at 400°F for 2–3 min until melted.
5.) Fold and enjoy.
