I am feeling much better this week than last week but still the fatigue is not joke!
Even when I am not feeling well I make it a point to meal plan because the spending and snacking and going out to eat gets out of control when we do not have a plan.
This week we are talking about snacks and I realized I have not given yall a BUMP SHOT it like FOREVER! So I wanted to make sure you see my BABY BUMP IN FULL EFFECT!
Along with snacks for meal planning its SUPERBOWL WEEKEND. The FAT KID, PREGNANT WOMEN AND BABY ARE ALL VERY EXCITED! Its not because of the game lol but the tasty snacks that come with SUPERBOWL PARTIES.
Check out a few ideas I have for that to try to stay on track with eating healthy.
Just to be clear I am in my 3rd Trimester of pregnancy, 35 weeks at the time of this recording.
First things first understand I have about 100lbs or more to lose after having this baby and I have given myself a goal to lose this weight over 2 years. Right now I am focused on being able to consistently meal plan and create healthy eating habits for myself. So this journey is not a race I am so excited to share this journey with you! I am sorry you will not see me rushing to lose a bunch of weight, but developing a good relationship with food!
Needless to say you will not find marco counting, calorie counting in my journey JUST YET. I AM NOT THERE YET who knows if all goes well I may not have to count. You also will not find my workout plan either AGAIN I AM NOT THERE YET. Losing weight as a new mommy is going to be different for everyone, these things will come in time.

We can be accountability partners! Lets be clear I am currently working through road blocks to change my current eating habits and I AM STILL PREGNANT. My meal plans will still have processed foods on it as I am still learning delicious clean foods to add into my meals for the week.
