Ingredients for this quick and healthy chicken sandwich without mayonnaise or mayo are:
For the chicken:
Chicken (boiled/steamed/rotisserie/leftover)- 300 gms
Sliced red onion – 1
Crushed Garlic – 3 cloves
Soy sauce – 1tsp
Water – 2 to 3 cups

For the sauce:
Greek Yogurt/ Hung Curd – 3 tbsp
Yellow/Dijon Mustard – 1 tbsp
Grated or minced Garlic – 3 cloves
Sugar – 1 tsp
Chilli/ Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green onion/ spring onion – 1/2 cup
