This seafood salad has been a staple for me this week. It’s light, fresh, and perfect before a workout.
I sautéed shrimp with garlic paste and Old Bay, mixed it with crab meat, imitation crab, diced celery, mayo, mustard, and seasoning — and that’s it.
I’ve been pairing this with kale salad, grapes, cheese cubes, and a few crackers as a light dinner plate.
One change that’s really been helping my weight loss journey is moving my heaviest meal to midday and keeping dinner lighter. It helps me feel energized for workouts and less sluggish at night.
This is stewardship too.
