Stage 1
2lbs chicken tenders season with all-purpose
Mexican seasoning

Stage 2
My skillets are on my page. You’re gonna cook these for around 3-4 min on each side.

Stage 3
My onion chopper is on my page or you can dice up
250g onions
200g radish
200g peppers
Zest from a lime
Then take a fork poke a bunch of holes in the lime and squeeze that over the top of your mix

Stage 4
Once your chicken has slipped and is cooking on the other side, pull it to half the pan and dump your mix to let that simmer for an additional 4 minutes while your chicken is cooking

Your chicken is done shred it up and mix your pepper mix in with the chicken

Now you’re going to shred a 8 ounce block of pepper jack cheese I do not use shredded cheese anymore. I only use blocked cheese. It’s much healthier! A little more work but worth it.

Stage 5 assembly
Take your crimpit this is on my page
Add your filling

Close it for 20 seconds to fully seal
Repeat this process 6 times

Spray your pan with 5 cal avocado oil
Get all 6 of those toasted up and put those into 6 meal prep container containers
