Ingredients
1 Bowl Lettuce Leaves
1 chopped red capsicum
1 chopped green capsicum
1 chopped onion
a handful of pomegranate seeds
a handful of basil leaves
2 mangoes (sliced)
10-15 pieces crushed peanuts
black pepper to taste
for dressing
1 tsp honey
1 lemon squeezed
1 tsp olive oil
salt to taste
Method:
Take a bowl, add 1 bowl lettuce leaves, 1 chopped red capsicum
1 chopped green capsicum, 1 chopped onion, handful of pomegranate seeds
handful of basil leaves, 2 mangoes (sliced), 10-15 pieces crushed peanuts
black pepper. Prepare the dressing, add 1 tsp honey, 1 lemon squeezed,1 tsp olive oil and finally, salt to taste. Mix all of them well
