We are ditching the store-bought stuff, focusing on an easy bread recipe that avoids nasty additives and preservatives. Learn how to make bread from scratch with this simple recipe, perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy fresh, homemade bread without the fuss.

Homemade Bread Recipes:

Basic Cobb Loaf Recipe
1 tsp salt
490g high grade flour
375ml tepid water
2 tsp honey or sugar
3 tsp yeast

Activate yeast in water and honey for 15 minutes and add flour and salt. Mix and then knead for 3-5 minutes. Bake 180C for 18 – 20 minutes until golden on top and hollow when tapped.

Seed Lovers Bread Recipe

Use above recipe using 300g white flour and 100g wholemeal flour, and add 1 cup seeds to dough with 90g oats before kneading.

Herba and Garlic Loaf Recipe

Use above recipe and add 1/4 cup dried herbs and 4 cloves crushed garlic to the dough while kneading.
