Today’s video is an Aldi grocery haul and easy healthy meal plan including 5 dinners and 5 low carb lunches.

Meals to include;
Monday: Chicken Fried rice
Tuesday: Chicken ceasar salad and melt in the middle fishcakes
Wednesday: roots roost and spanish chicken bake
Thursday: Smokey mushroom frittata and spinach and ricotta cannelloni
Friday – chilli con avocado
Saturday – Fakeaway – Sweet and sour chicken
