🥗 2- Minute Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 avocados, cubed
1 large cucumber, sliced (about 2 cups)
Juice of 1–2 limes (about 3 tbsp)
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Small bunch of cilantro, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and fresh lime juice.
Add minced garlic, salt and black pepper.
Whisk well until combined.
Instructions:
Cube the avocados and place them in a large bowl.
Slice the cucumber and add to the bowl.
Add chopped cilantro.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Gently toss to combine.
Serve immediately and enjoy this healthy, fresh salad!
