1️⃣ Activate yeast
Mix 1 tbsp dry yeast + 1 tbsp honey + 100 ml warm water. Rest for 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

2️⃣ Prepare the dough
• Take 1½ cups whole wheat flour.
• Add the activated yeast mixture.
• Add 1 tbsp unsalted butter and enough warm water to knead.
• Knead for 10–15 minutes until the dough becomes soft and smooth (no cracks).
• Apply a little oil on top, cover, and rest in a warm place for 2 hours or until doubled in size.

3️⃣ Shape the buns
• Punch down the dough and divide into equal portions.
• Gently flatten using your hands or a flat-bottom bowl (do not roll).
• Let them rest while preparing the sauce.

4️⃣ Make the pizza sauce
Blend to a coarse texture:
• 2 tomatoes
• 4–5 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp olive oil

5️⃣ Assemble
Spread sauce on the dough, add cheese, and your choice of toppings (paneer, onion, basil leaves, or vegetables).

6️⃣ Bake
• Oven: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18–20 minutes.
• Stovetop: Bake in a preheated heavy pan until the bottom turns crisp.
