• Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoon
• Tomato (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoon
• Fresh coriander (chopped) – 1 tablespoon
• Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
• Chilli flakes – ½ teaspoon
• Salt – as per taste
For Sandwich
• Bread slices – 4
• Green chutney – 2 tablespoon
• Prepared avocado filling – as prepared above
• Butter – 1 tablespoon (for toasting)
For Serving
• Tomato sauce – as required

👩🍳 Method
1️⃣ Cut the ripe avocado, remove the seed, and scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
2️⃣ Mash the avocado well with a fork until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Add chopped onion, tomato, fresh coriander, lemon juice, chilli flakes, and salt. Mix everything well.
4️⃣ Apply green chutney on bread slices and spread the prepared avocado filling evenly.
5️⃣ Close the sandwich and apply butter on the outer side.
6️⃣ Grill the sandwich in a griller until golden brown and crispy.
7️⃣ Cut and serve hot with tomato sauce.
