Crispy Sweet Potato Tikkis with Hung Curd Dip 🥔✨
If you’re looking for a healthy, light and satisfying meal idea, these sweet potato tikkis are perfect. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired with a refreshing hung curd dip.
A great vegetarian lunch or dinner idea when you want something easy but still full of flavour.
Sweet Potato Tikkis with Hung Curd Dip 🥔✨
For the tikkis:
• Pressure cook 2 medium sweet potatoes until soft. Peel and mash well.
• Add:
• 1 small carrot (grated)
• 50 grams crumbled paneer
• 2-3 tbsp bread crumbs
• 1–2 green chillies (finely chopped)
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp chaat masala
• ½ tsp chilli flakes
• ½ tsp peri peri masala
• Salt to taste
• Mix everything well and shape into small tikkis.
• Heat a pan with a little oil and shallow fry the tikkis until golden and crispy on both sides.

For the hung curd dip:
• Mix together:
• 4–5 tbsp hung curd
• 1 tbsp green chutney
• Fresh coriander (finely chopped)
• Salt to taste

To assemble:
• Spread the hung curd dip on a plate, place the crispy sweet potato tikkis on top, garnish with fresh coriander and a little ketchup, and enjoy!
