Recipe:-
1. In a mixer add 1 cup moong dal, soaked for 4 hours
2. Grind the dal well
3. Take a silhouette and add jeera, dhaniya and Kali mirch, grind it well
4. Now in a bowl take grinded mixture of dal and add palak, chopped onion, green chilli and ginger and grinded mixture
5. Now add 1 tbsp haldi, 1 tbsp red chilli, 1 tbsp salt
6. Now add eno and mix well
7. Now in appe pan add the batter
8. Your delicious Palak moong dal snacks is ready!
