High Protein Moong Dal Pancakes | Healthy Breakfast Recipe 🌿🥞
Ingredients & Method –
Grind into a coarse mixture
1 cup soaked moong dal
3 green chillies
2 cloves if garlic
1 pc ginger
1 onion chopped
Add –
1/2 red cabbage finely chopped
1 grated carrot
1 capsicum finely chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida / hing
1/2 tsp dry raw mango powder / aamchur powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt
Mix everything together
Add 100gms crumbled paneer and mix
Place a scoop of the mixture in a hot pan and flatten making a pancake
Cover and cook on low heat till one side is browned
Flip and cook on the other side and serve with green chutney
