Snacking Without Guilt – Ep. 1 🍿

Craving something chatpata but don’t want junk snacks?

Try this Makhana Chaat: crunchy, tangy and super satisfying 🤌

How I made it 👇

✨ Roast makhanas in 1 tbsp desi ghee
✨ Add spices
salt, turmeric, chilli flakes, jeera & sarson seeds
✨ Let it cool slightly

Now mix in:
🥗 chopped onion
🍅 chopped tomato
🌶 chopped green chilli
🧂 kaala namak
🍋 fresh lemon juice

For extra crunch →
🥜 roasted peanuts + a few crushed chips

And just like that… a tasty snack without the guilt 😌
