In a pan boil 2.5 cups water , add 1 inch ginger(thinly sliced) , 1 inch raw turmeric (thinly sliced) , add 5 cloves , 7 black peppercorns , 1 cinnamon stick (about 3inches) , boil in medium flame until half , drink preferably on empty stomach every morning or half an hour before meal !
U can also chew and eat the ginger & turmeric if u like ! Prepare fresh everyday !❤️
