Sugar-Free Protein Ladoo Recipe | Healthy Weight Loss Snack
What’s Inside:
Almonds & Walnuts: For healthy fats and brain power.
Pumpkin Seeds: A great source of protein and minerals.
Flax Seeds: Packed with fiber and Omega-3s.
Jaggery: A natural, healthier alternative to refined sugar.
Oats/Wheat Flour: To provide slow-release energy.
Ingredients:
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
Handful of Walnuts
Flax Seeds
Jaggery (Gur) + a little water
1-2 scoops Oat Flour (or Wheat Flour)
Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Quick Steps:
Roast almonds, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts on a low flame.
Roast flax seeds separately.
Pulse the nuts and seeds into a coarse mixture (don’t make it a fine powder!).
Melt jaggery with a little water in a brushed pan.
Combine everything, add your flour, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Shape into ladoos and top with sesame seeds!
