Trying to eat healthier doesn’t have to be complicated. In today’s video I’m sharing some of the healthy snacks and simple recipes I’ve been making lately to help stay on track with healthier eating habits.
I’m preparing a few easy meal prep snacks including curried sweet potato fritters, nutty cocoa energy bars, homemade hummus with carrot sticks, and simple hard-boiled eggs. I also share some of the wholesome foods I like to keep stocked in the kitchen to make healthy snacking easier, like apples for apple and peanut butter snacks and naturally sweet Medjool dates.
Having nourishing snacks ready to grab during the week really helps avoid reaching for less healthy options. These recipes are simple, wholesome and perfect for healthy snack meal prep, lunchboxes or quick bites during the day.
