For Palak Chana
• 1½ tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Strong Mustard Oil
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp chopped ginger & garlic
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• ½ tsp Emami Mantra Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder
• ½ tsp Emami Mantra Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp chana masala
• 2 tomatoes, pureed
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup chopped spinach (palak)
• 2 cups boiled chickpeas (chole)
• 1 cup chickpea stock (chole ka pani)
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp lemon juice
For Coriander Rice
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander stems
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 cup cooked rice
• Salt to taste
• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
