INGREDIENTS
½ cup Minapappu (Urad Dal)
½ cup Ragulu (Ragi / Finger Millet)
½ cup Fox Millet
½ cup Jowar (Sorghum)
½ cup Little Millet
¼ cup Atukulu (Poha)
1 spoon Mentulu (Fenugreek Seeds)
PREPARATION METHOD
1. Add all the millets and ingredients into a bowl.
2. Wash them 2–3 times with clean water.
3. Soak the ingredients in water for 6–8 hours.
4. After soaking, grind them in a mixer with some water to make a smooth batter.
5. Keep the batter overnight for fermentation.
6. In the morning, if you see small bubbles, the batter is ready.
7. Heat a pan, pour the batter, and make crispy millet dosa.
8. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
