1️⃣ Sesame Butter
Ingredients
• ¾ cup black sesame seeds
• ¼ cup white sesame seeds
• 1–2 tbsp jaggery (adjust to taste)
• Pinch of salt
Method
1. Roast the black and white sesame seeds until aromatic.
2. While still warm, blend them.
3. Add jaggery and a pinch of salt.
4. Blend again until smooth and creamy (it may take a few blends).
Store in a jar for days( 1-2 months).
Enjoy it with fruits, on toast, or in smoothies.
2️⃣ Chocolate Date Snack
Ingredients
• ~15 soft dates (deseeded)
• 2–3 tbsp sesame butter
• Melted dark chocolate
• Brazil nuts
• Pumpkin seeds
Method
1. Press the deseeded dates on parchment paper to create a thin base.
2. Spread sesame butter over the dates.
3. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
4. Add Brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds.
5. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, then cut into pieces.
A simple sweet snack that satisfies cravings.
