Rajma Veg salad 🥗

🛒 Ingredients

🫘 Protein Base
• 1 katori boiled rajma

🥗 Fresh Veggies
• 2 tomatoes (chopped) 🍅
• 2 onions (chopped) 🧅
• 1 green chilli (chopped) 🌶
• 2 small cucumbers (chopped) 🥒

🍋 Flavor
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt 🧂
• Chaat masala

✨ For Extra Crunch (Optional)
• Roasted peanuts 🥜
• Sev or any crunchy topping

👩‍🍳 Method

Step 1️⃣ — Prepare the base
Take boiled rajma in a mixing bowl.

Step 2️⃣ — Add veggies
Add chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumber and green chilli.

Step 3️⃣ — Season
Add salt and chaat masala.

Step 4️⃣ — Add freshness
Squeeze fresh lemon juice.

Step 5️⃣ — Mix well
Combine everything thoroughly.

Step 6️⃣ — Add crunch (optional)
Top with roasted peanuts or a little sev for texture.
