SPINACH CORN INSTANT DHOKLA Healthy breakfast in 30 min
Ingredients
• Suji- 1 cup
• Besan- 1/4 cup
• Curd- 1 cup
• Ginger-chilli paste- 2 tbsp
• Salt
• Sweet corn paste- 1/2 cup
• Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
• Water- 1-1/2 cup approx
• Grated carrot- 1/4 cup
• Sweet corn- 1/4 cup
• Oil- 2 tbsp
• Eno- 2 tsp
• Lemon juice- 1 tbsp
• Mustard seeds- 2 tsp
• Curry leaves
• Green chillies
• Sesame seeds- 2 tbsp
• Red chilli powder
• Coriander leaves

Method
1. In a bowl, mix suji, besan, curd, ginger-chilli paste, salt, sweet corn paste and turmeric.
2. Add water, grated carrot, sweet corn and oil to make a smooth batter. Rest for 30 minutes.
3. Add eno and lemon juice, mix gently till the batter turns frothy.
4. Pour the batter into a greased plate, garnish with carrot and red chilli powder, and steam for 10-12 minutes.
5. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and sesame seeds, pour over dhokla, cut and garnish with coriander leaves.
