Healthy Mango Custard
Ingredients:

* Makhana (dry roasted)– 2/3 cup
* Cashews– 1/3 cup
* Soaked almonds– 1/3 cup
* Dates– 3 to 4 (adjust to taste)
* Saffron strands – 8 to 9 strands
* Warm milk – 1.5 cups
* Mango purée – 1/4 cup
* Mango chunks – as needed
* Chopped almonds – for garnish

Instructions:

1. Soak makhana, cashews , soaked almonds, dates, and saffron in warm milk for 20–30 minutes.
2. Blend the soaked mixture well until smooth.
3. Refrigerate the blended mixture for at least 30 minutes.
4. To serve, pour the chilled blend into a glass or bowl.
5. Top with mango purée, mango chunks, and chopped almonds.
6. Serve cold and enjoy!
