Viral Lacha Pyaaz Parantha ✨
Crispy layers, spicy pyaaz filling, but now it’s actually a high-protein meal😍

Recipe :

* Make the dough for your paratha the usual way, then add 1 scoop unflavoured protein powder + salt and knead it well until soft.

* For the filling, take 2 large onions (thinly sliced), 2–3 green chillies (chopped), 1 tbsp besan, chilli powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala. Avoid adding salt here, you can sprinkle a little salt on top while rolling if needed.

* Now roll the dough as shown, add the filling, and layer it to create the lachha texture. Finish by topping it with chopped coriander, a pinch of kalonji, and a little dry atta, then roll and cook your paratha until crispy and golden with ghee.
