Moong Dal & Chana Chilla | High Protein Healthy Breakfast

Today I made a healthy Moong Dal & Chana Chilla with a tasty paneer filling. It’s a perfect high-protein breakfast and very easy to make.

Ingredients

For the Batter:
• ½ cup moong dal (soaked overnight)
• ½ cup chana dal / chana (soaked overnight)
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
• ½ tsp coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• Water (for blending)

Paneer Filling:
• ½ cup grated paneer
• 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
• 2 tbsp chopped tomato
• 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
