Street corn pork wraps

Ingredients
• 8 Extreme Wellness wraps
• 1/2 cup Mexican crema (or cilantro lime sour cream)
• 1/4 cup cotija cheese
• 1/4 cup queso fresco
• 1 tsp cilantro
• 1 lime
• Chili powder
• 3.5 lbs pork shoulder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
• Add your pork shoulder to the crockpot
• Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add your bone broth and let it cook on high for 6 hours.
• Add your corn to a skillet and cook for 10 minutes. Then add your Mexican crema, cotija, and queso fresco and melt it down.
• Season the corn with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add lime juice and cook for 2 minutes.
• Lay out 8 Extreme Wellness wraps add the corn and shred the pork shoulder and lay out evenly as well.
• Fold each side over, press down, and sear on a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side
