Golden on the outside, soft and fluffy inside — this homemade bread is simple, healthy, and incredibly delicious.
Made with rice flour, walnuts, and mozzarella, this bread has a wonderful texture and a rich flavor. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or serving with your favorite dishes.

🍞 INGREDIENTS
🔹 Dough
• Warm water — 200 ml / 6.8 fl oz
• Sugar — 1/2 tsp
• Fast-acting yeast — 4 g / 0.14 oz
• Odorless vegetable oil — 30 g / 1.05 oz
• Salt — 1/2 tsp
🔹 Flour
• Rice flour — 170 g / 6 oz (add in batches)
• Wheat flour — 80 g / 2.8 oz (add in batches)
🔹 Add-ins
• Walnuts — 40 g / 1.4 oz
• Mozzarella — 30 g / 1.1 oz
🔹 For egg wash
• Egg — 1 pc

🍞 METHOD
Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours
Shape the dough and let it rest again in a warm place for 30 minutes
Brush the dough with egg.
Air fry at 160°C / 320°F for 20 minutes
Flip the bread and air fry again for 10 minutes at 160°C / 320°F
