1. 200 g low fat Paneer
2. 3 tbsp Trunativ everyday Monk fruit sugar
3. 1 tbsp ghee
4. Saffron
5. 5 cardamom
6. 1L water

preparation of this recipe

1. Grate low fat paneer
2. Add some ghee and smash it well
3. Now make it into small balls and keep it aside
4. Heat water in kadai
5. Now add monk fruit sugar, Saffron, cardamom
6. Mix it well and keep flame medium
7. Now add all the paneer balls one by one
8. Let it cook for 7 to 8 mins
9. Now switch of the flame and serve it with some crushed nuts
10. Have 2 rasagulla at a time and enjoy it!!!
