High Protein Pizza Casserole
Quick and easy dinner, high protein and low carb/calorie
1 lb turkey sausage
.5 lb 90% lean ground beef
4 cups protein pasta
1/2 cup each: peppers, onions
1/4 cup olives/mushrooms
3 cups fa free mozzarella
1 jar marinara
24 slices turkey pepperoni
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon each: garlic & onion powder, Italian, salt & pepper
1. Boil pasta al dente, chop veggies while pasta is cooking
2. Brown meat, drain
3. Layer pasta meat, sauce, veggies and seasoning into baking dish
4. Mix in half the cheese, stir until combined
5. Top with pepperoni and rest of cheese
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
