High protein Kebabs | Healthy Soya Kebabs recipe 😋
➡️ Steps :-
1. Take 1 cup Soya Chunks
2. Soak in hot water for 15 minutes
3. Once Soya chunks turns soft and spongy, squeeze excess water
4. Finely grind soya chunks and take in a bowl
5. Add 100 gram grated Paneer, 2 chopped green Chilli, 1 tbsp chopped Ginger, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
6. Now add 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder, ½ tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Chaat masala
7. Add 2 tbsp Besan, 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
8. Add handful of chopped coriander leaves
9. Mix everything well
10. Take small portion of this mixture and shape them into kebabs
11. Shallow fry on hot oil until crispy and golden on both sides
12. Serve with green chutney, Onion and Enjoy!!
