Ingredients:
-8 oz Zero Sugar Cool Whip (226g)
-1 Cup Fat-Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt (240g)
-2 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder (16g)
-1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
-1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Vanilla Jello Pudding Mix (6g)
-2 Packets of Stevia (or other Zero Cal Sweetener)
-4 Fun Size Butterfinger Bars, crushed (42g total)
Instructions:
1.) Mix Cool Whip, yogurt, protein, peanut butter powder, pudding mix, and sweetener.
2.) Fold in half the crushed Butterfingers.
3.) Divide into 4 bowls; top with remaining Butterfingers.
4.) Chill 1–2 hours until thick.
