Salad Ingredients:
Young cabbage: 250 g / 9 oz.
1 large cucumber: 150 g / 5.3 oz.
Half a red onion.
2 medium tomatoes: 250 g / 9 oz.
1 bunch of parsley.

1 chicken fillet
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
1 teaspoon dried paprika.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Sear for 3 minutes on each side (until golden brown)
and wrap in foil for 10 minutes.
The chicken fillet will continue to cook internally in its own heat, ensuring it remains juicy.

Garlic Sauce for the Chicken Fillet:
1 or 2 cloves of garlic (depending on size)
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon water.
Grind the garlic and salt together in a stone mortar, then add the water.
Alternatively, you can press the garlic through a garlic press and mix it with the salt and water.
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken fillet.

Salad Dressing Ingredients:
Vegetable or olive oil: 4–5 tablespoons.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
1 teaspoon salt.
Juice of half a lemon.
1 teaspoon honey.
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly, then add the toasted sesame seeds.
