I’m sharing with you one of my best weight loss salad recipe. Since I have the twin, I gained from 105 pounds to 120 pounds. I’ll share with you all my favorite salad recipes so you can try them out

1 avocado
3 or 4 small tomatoes
3 or 4 mint leaves or cilantro ( optional)
A pinch of salt and pepper
Your favorite dressing. ( I used branch dressing)
**** i don’t eat breakfast but I drink mushroom coffee in the morning . Eat little lunch at 11am. At 2 pm I eat salad . I make different salad each day .
