One of my favorite breakfast recipes!

Here is what I really like about it:

– It’s quick and easy

Couscous can be ready on your plate in just 5 minutes. Eggs & bacon are very easy to make.

– It’s very filling

The combination of all 3 ingredients will keep you full until lunch time.
No more starving at 10 am!

– It’s delicious

A little drizzle of bacon oil in the couscous, combined with eggs & bacon creates a flavor that will make you fall in love with this dish.

Ingredients, instructions & tips:

Tip:

– Add bacon oil to the couscous for enhanced flavor

Couscous:

dry couscous – 1/2 cup

pinch salt

Boil water

Add couscous. Stir. Add salt.

Cover it. Cook on low heat for 1 min.

Turn off the heat. Let it sit covered for 5 min.

Couscous, eggs & bacon

Serve couscous on a plate.

Drizzle with bacon oil.

Add 2-4 eggs

Add 2 slices of bacon
