Easy High Protein Banana Chocolate Muffins 🍌🧁🍫

3 bananas mashed
2 eggs
3/4 cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oats (I blended this to make oat flour)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips�
In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the eggs, Greek yogurt & vanilla and mix well. In a blender, blend the oats until they become fine to make oat flour. Add to the banana bowl & add the rest of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips). Mix together, but do not overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into a greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 12 muffins.
