Badam (Almonds) – 5
Cashew – 5
Pista – 5
Walnut – 5
Raisins – 20
Dates – 6 (seeds removed)
Fig (Anjeer) – 4
Milk – 2 glasses (optional)
Red Banana – 2 (optional)
👩🍳 Preparation
Soak all the dry fruits in warm water for about 15–20 minutes until they become soft. You can peel the almonds if you want a smoother texture.
Add all the soaked dry fruits into a blender. Add banana if you are using it, along with a little milk or water.
Blend everything until it becomes thick and creamy. Add the remaining milk gradually to adjust the consistency as you like.
Pour into a glass and serve fresh. You can top it with chopped dates or nuts for extra taste.
