• Cumin seeds (జీలకర్ర)
• Clove (లవంగం)
• Cardamom (యాలకులు)
• Cinnamon stick (దాల్చిన చెక్క)
• Bay leaf / Biryani leaf (బిర్యానీ ఆకు)
• Red chillies (ఎండు మిరపకాయలు)
• Cashews (కాజు)
• Lemon juice (నిమ్మరసం)
How to Make
1. Roast cashews until golden and crunchy. Keep aside.
