Ingredients:
2 bowl Green Peas
1 tbsp Green Chilli
¼ cup Coriander Leaves
1 ½ Cup Rava (Suji)
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
½ tsp Eno
Butter
Salt to taste
Bell Peppers
Onions
Boiled Sweet Corn
Paneer

Method:
– Grind peas, green chillies and coriander leaves into a paste, add very little water if needed
– Mix in rava, salt, chilli flakes and oregano, whisk well and add water if needed to get a thick batter
– Heat a sandwich toaster or grill and grease with butter
– Add eno to the batter, mix and pour a spoonful on the toaster and spread evenly
– Top with bell peppers, onion, corn and grated paneer
– Pour another spoonful of the batter on top and shut the toaster
– Cook on a low flame till it’s crispy on both sides, spread some butter if needed
– Serve hot and enjoy this breadless sandwich
