When you and your child crave some street-style food 😍✨ but still want to keep it homemade.
🌿 Ingredients
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 1 big cube (1.5–2 tbsp) 🧈
• Cashews – 2 tbsp
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
• Ginger garlic chilli paste – 1 tbsp
• Tomato puree – ½ cup 🍅
• Potato – 1 small (small cubes) 🥔
• Carrot – 1 small (chopped) 🥕
• Peas / corn – ½ cup 🌽
• Paneer – ½ cup (cubes) 🧀
• Cooked rice – 2 to 2½ cups 🍚
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – as per taste
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Spring onion – 2 tbsp
• Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp 🌿
• Raisins – 1 tbsp (optional)
👩🍳 Method
Heat oil + butter → fry cashews → keep aside
Add cumin + onion → sauté
Add ginger garlic chilli paste → cook
Add potato + carrot → cook till soft
Add tomato puree → cook till thick
Add spices → roast
Add peas/corn + paneer → mix
Add rice → mix gently
Add salt, garam masala, spring onion, coriander
Top with cashews & raisins ✨
