BEET SALAD🥗
Boiled potatoes – 500g
Boiled beets – 600g
Canned beans – 300g
Pickled cucumber – 300g
Sauerkraut – 300g
Oil – 5-7 tablespoons
Chopped ingredients in a salad
Preparation:
Boil the beets, rinse thoroughly, place in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a white color, and simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours. Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt toward the end of the cooking time. Carefully remove the cooked beets to avoid burning yourself and place them in cold water until cool. Once the beets have cooled, peel and cut into small cubes.
Boil potatoes in their skins. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, place them in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 30–40 minutes. Once the potatoes are cooked, carefully, being careful not to burn yourself, transfer them to cold water to cool. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Rinse the canned beans thoroughly in a colander and drain.
Dice the cucumbers.
You can chop the sauerkraut if it’s long, or add it as is.
Combine all ingredients, season with oil, and prepare the vinaigrette. Store in the refrigerator.
